2km TT in 5:56 (2:58/km)
Going into this session, I thought I might be able to hold 3min kms, but coach Tiger reminded me the last time I did this session, I ran 6:19, so 6:00 might be a little ambitious. Regardless, the idea was to go as fast I could. Coach had done the session earlier in the day, coming in on 5:54, so there was my marker. I was determined to show Tiger how well I could go. I just went for it came through 2km in 5:56. Easy day tomorrow and all is looking good for Sydney Striders 10km at Lane Cove on Saturday.
Also did 6 x 30sec sprints with 30sec walk recovery and with warm-up/down, it was a 9.5km day.
