Slowly, slowly recovering

For the last four days I've ramped up from 15mins to 45mins of easy running. No adverse reaction in my hamstring, which is great.

I'm flying to the UK today, so will have a day off running.

Next hurdle is a slightly quicker shorter run with some strides in the middle . Hope it's not too cold in the UK, at the last minute I packed some gloves and a beanie just in case!

My family is really excited about seeing me. Dad and my sister even posted on Facebook about my visit (they're both voyeurs and rarely create content!)
