Time to get back on track

I'm back from two weeks visiting my family in the UK.  It was great to see everyone and I was sad to leave. Landed yesterday morning and was back at work today.  Totally wrecked.  I was supposed to run 40mins yesterday, but could just about keep my eyes open. Did manage 40mins easy after work today.

I've run about 50km per week for the last 2 weeks.  All running was fairly slow, but as most of it was around the Peak District where my parents live, it was also hilly.  

My hamstring is getting much better, but still not confident of running quick. Tiger asked me what I wanted to do on Sunday (planned to run state 10k) and I'm glad I was honest...I said I didn't want to run.  Felt bad, but Tiger said that if I'd wanted to run, he would have tried to talk me out of it!

Now time to get back on track.  3 weeks to SMH half...
