...and I spent about 50 of them sleeping last week, 50 of them working and 30 of them training. I thought that was a big week of training and no time for much else, but I still spent 38 hours doing other stuff!
15km swimming, 460km cycling and 80km of running was really tiring, but I'm feeling really fit. I can't say the quality was really high, most of the riding and running was low intensity, but I'm building a big aerobic base. Quality will come later.
Looking forward to a light week leading up to Forster Ultimate Triathlon this Sunday (2km swim, 120km bike, 20km run).
