Monday evening: 9km in 43:30 (4:36/km)
Tuesday morning: 11km pace run (3 x 3km @ 3:25, 1km @ 3:45)
Tuesday evening: 8.2km in 36:15 (4:25/km) followed by Pilates
Headed out early this morning for the pace run. Still feeling heavy in my legs and struggled a little. Didn't hit my target pace, but wasn't far off.
Planned to run to Pilates this evening so wasn't impressed with the wind and rain. I was worried I'd face a headwind up the Highway to St Leonards. I think it averages around 7.5% for 4km, so it's tough enough as it is without a headwind. I never really considered not running, although my boss told me I was mad!
