I've rested most of the week and have been doing everything I can think of to stay healthy: sanitizing my hands after touching anything, gargling with salt water and holding my breath when anyone coughs anywhere near me. Perhaps I'm going a bit far?
Tue did an easy 20 fartlek and today 3km a bit quicker than race pace.
I'm as ready as I'll ever be, 2 more sleeps and I'll be on the plane and then things will get super exciting.
Ok - going to try not to think about the race until Sunday.
