Lunch: 10 x 500m on rolling 3mins
Sounded like a nice easy session, but with a target time of 90secs per interval, it wasn't so fun. I felt really sick on the third rep - I expect it was my body processing all the lactic acid. I haven't run that fast for some time! Most were in 90s, a few in 91/92 but only one slow one (93) which was actually the third rep when I felt sick. 11.5km all up with warm up/down.
Evening: 8.6km in 40mins (4:40s)
Nothing of interest to say about my easy second run of the day, other than it is now complete.
